The Dolce International company, hereafter referred to as "the Organiser", limited company with capital of €7,622, entered in the Senlis commercial registry as number: 388337859, with head office at 22, rue de la Voie des Bans, 95100 Argenteuil, France is holding a free competition, without obligation to purchase, between February 24th 2010 and May 31st 2010 inclusive (hereafter referred to as the "Competition").

Registration for the Competition implies unreserved acceptance and compliance with the provisions of the present rules, which can be accessed via the Website upon registration of the participant and at any time during the Competition via the Website. Any dispute relating to the interpretation of the rules shall be settled exclusively by the Organiser with no possibility of appeal.
Competition participation is open to any adult residing in Europe.
Participation in the Competition implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules in their entirety (hereafter referred to as the “Rules”), ethical rules applicable to Internet use, as well as all the laws and regulations applicable to games and competitions in France. The Organising Company shall not, under any circumstances, be held responsible for the participation of an individual resident in a country other than Europe.
Participation in the present competition is forbidden to minors and any person linked to the Organising companies by a contract of employment, whether direct or indirect, permanent or temporary, as well as their close family (parents, brothers and sisters or any other individual residing within the same household). Participation in the competition is exclusively by electronic means, via the registration form provided for this purpose. In this respect, registration by telephone, fax, mail or email shall not be taken into account. Competition participation is limited to one single entry per email address.
Any person wishing to take part in the Competition should complete the list of compulsory fields outlined by the Organiser in the competition entry form.
The database used to run the Competition, set up in advance by the Organising Company to administrate this Competition, shall alone have probative force and any ensuing solutions or arbitration shall not be called into question.

Subject to their explicit consent or, if applicable, failing any opposition from their part, information collected on participants may be used by the Organiser in order to better serve them and inform them of new products and offers likely to interest them.
The information and personal details supplied by the participant must be valid and sincere, at the risk of disqualification from the Competition and, if applicable, loss of winner status.
It is strictly forbidden to modify or attempt to modify the provisions of the Competition proposed, by whatever means, notably in order to modify the results or influence the validity of the draw or designation of a winner by any automated or unfair means. If it proves that a participant was drawn or won a prize in breach of these rules, by fraudulent means, such as an automated search or by using an algorithm, or by any means other than those resulting from the process outlined by the Organiser on the Website or by the present rules, the prize concerned shall not be allocated to him and shall remain the property of the Organiser, without prejudice to any legal proceedings which may be brought against the participant by the Organiser or a third party.

Selecting a door enables the participant to view and select a suite, using the profiles provided for each hotel.
Once the participant has chosen a suite they are required to complete a registration form to create an account.
Once the registration form has been completed and validated, the participant is required to invite at least 10 friends to join his suite.
By doing so, the participant acts as guarantor for their friends’ and family’s email addresses, supplied to the Organiser in order that the Organiser sends them a message, on behalf of the participant, inviting them to take part in the Competition.
The participant takes the initiative and the responsibility for supplying the email addresses of friends and family members for the sending of said invitation. He undertakes to have obtained the explicit and informed consent from the holders of the email addresses supplied to the Organiser. The Organiser is merely acting at the will and on behalf of the participant, in its capacity as technical service provider to send the participant’s messages. Consequently, the participant frees the Organiser of any responsibility for the email addresses of friends and family supplied to the Organiser and for sending invitation messages to said friends and family.
The Organiser and Operator of the Competition, working on behalf of the Organiser, process traffic and connection data relating to the Competition Website, retaining notably the identity of the computer (IP address) used by a participant in order to compile website traffic statistics, ensure the security of the Website and check the sincerity and loyalty of participation in the Competition and its compliance with the rules, notably to prevent and detect any automated querying on the Competition Website or any automated sending of invitations to third parties, which would systematically lead to the disqualification of the Participant in question and withdrawal of any prize allocated and would expose the Participant in question to proceedings likely to be brought against him by the Organiser or third parties. If applicable, the Organiser may provide this traffic data to third parties or public authorities in accordance with conditions stipulated by law.
For each person invited by a participant, the participant will be sent an update on the number of guests remaining to confirm their participation for the prize draw.
Each email address supplied by a participant must be valid and different from the others to count towards the participant’s entry in the draw.
The participant is entitled to take part in the prize draw as soon as 10 friends have confirmed their registration.
The participant can monitor the progress of invitations thanks to a summary table which can be accessed using the competition log-in and password.
The participant will be sent an update each time one of their guests confirms their participation. The participant is entitled to cancel these updates if they wish, without affecting their participation in the competition.
The winner will be drawn from the eligible participants who have brought together at least 10 people.
Friends and family members who confirmed their registration will also be entitled to take advantage of the suite for 1 year (every weekend of the year.) As the beneficiary of the suite, it is up to the participant to share out the weekends and allocate 2 people per weekend. Dolce reserves the right to refuse access to the suite to any person who is not included on the beneficiary’s list, following an identity check.
The Beneficiary expressly recognizes that they have been informed that the reservation conditions will be communicated to the winner upon delivery of a “charter of conduct and use of the prize” which will be signed before they are entitled to take advantage of the prize.
The winner will be selected during a prize draw carried out in the presence of the Court Bailiff, Maître Berna, depositary of the present rules.

The beneficiary of the suite designated by the prize draw wins the right to spend the inaugural weekend in the suite with the guest of their choice. This inauguration will mark the opening date of the suite and the following 51 weekends to come.

The Organising Company shall contribute to travel expenses up to a maximum of €400 including taxes per person – valid for 2 people travelling by air or train. Consequently, the Organising Company shall not be held responsible for any transport problems, these being the responsibility of the beneficiaries.
This prize does not include additional meals, extras and expenses other than those outlined above or personal expenses.
The reservation of this inaugural weekend shall be coordinated by the Organising Company for the beneficiary and their guest, the suite shall be reserved in advance and in accordance with availability. The inaugural weekend must take place between September 1st and 30th 2010. Should the winner fail to respond or make a reservation, the Organising Company reserves the right to withdraw from its commitment or cancel the organization of this inauguration.

The value indicated for the prize corresponds to the retail price including taxes currently practiced or estimated at the date of writing of the rules, it is provided for information purposes only and is susceptible to variation.

These 51 weekends should be reserved directly with the hotel selected by the winner when registering for the game. Reservation conditions will be communicated to the winner upon delivery of the charter of conduct and use of the prize.
In the event that the winner fails to respect the reservation conditions outlined in the charter that he has previously approved, the Organising Company reserves the right to withdraw from its commitment with regard to these dates without any guarantee of future availability.
Total value of the year-long weekend prize: minimum €15,000 including taxes
The value indicated for the prize(s) corresponds to the retail price including taxes currently practiced or estimated at the date of writing of the rules, it is provided for information purposes only and is susceptible to variation.
The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other services or any form of financial consideration. These prizes shall not give rise to a dispute of any kind and cannot be returned, exchanged, transferred or traded in for their cash-value.
Winners who fail to use their prize for the duration of their validity are not entitled to request their replacement, exchange or any other financial consideration.
Use of the suite shall not be rolled-over to a subsequent weekend in the event that the beneficiary or one of their guests fails to use the suite for one of the weekends.
The winners shall be designated by prize draw carried out on May 31st 2010 at 5.00pm in the presence of the Court Bailiff, depositary of the present rules.
The winners shall be designated after their eligibility for the relevant prize has been checked.
The winner designated during the draw shall be informed by the Organiser by email. If a participant drawn does not respond within one month of this email being sent, they shall be considered as having given up their prize and the prize shall remain the property of the Organiser.
In the event that the email confirming the win is returned to the Organising Company, the winner shall lose the benefit of their prize, the Organising Company shall not be held responsible for said loss.
Before the prize is handed over, each winner will be required to prove their identity and satisfy the conditions defined in the Rules :
The winner shall comply with the rules of the Competition. In the event that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, the prize shall not be allocated to them. Participants authorise any checks regarding their identity, age and postal address, as well as the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. Any false declaration, indication of identity or address shall lead to the immediate disqualification of the participant.
The participant designated in the prize draw will be provided with a charter of conduct and use of the prize, said charter will outline the rules of good conduct and appropriate use of the hotel as well as all the technical aspects of reserving the suite allocated. The participant’s winning status shall not be validated until this charter has been signed.
This authorisation shall be understood as free of charge, applicable worldwide and for a duration of 4 years from the date upon which the rules are validated.

The images used on the Website, the objects represented, the brands and commercial names mentioned, the graphic, IT elements and databases which make up the Website, are the exclusive property of their respective holders and shall not be extracted, reproduced or used without the written authorisation of said holders. Breach of this article may result in civil or criminal proceedings.
Any resemblance of characters or elements of the Competition with other fictitious characters or other already existing elements is purely accidental and shall not incur the responsibility of the Organiser or its service providers.
Participation in the Competition implies the acknowledgement and acceptance of the characteristics and limits of the internet, in particular its technical performances, the response times required to view, consult or transfer data, interruption risks and more generally the risks inherent to any connection and transmission via the internet, the absence of protection for certain data against possible hijacking or piracy and the risks of contamination by any viruses circulating on the network.
Accordingly, the Organising Company shall not be liable under any circumstances for any of the following (non-exhaustive list) :
The Organising Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from any interruption or malfunctioning, irrespective of the cause, or any direct or indirect damage which may arise in any manner whatsoever from connection to this Website. It is the Participant’s duty to take all appropriate steps so as to protect its own data and/or software held on its data processing equipment against any harm. Connection to this Website by any person and participation in the Competition are carried out under that person’s entire responsibility.
The Organising Company is entitled to cancel all or any part of the Competition if it becomes apparent that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, notably by computerised means, within the framework of participation in the Competition or determination of the winners. In this event, it reserves the right not to award prizes to the perpetrators of fraud and/or to take appropriate legal action against the people responsible for this fraud.
The Organising Company is released from any responsibility regarding the use and reproduction by third parties of the present testimonial.
The prizes shall not give rise to any dispute or claims of whatever nature and may not be replaced or exchanged for their value in cash at the request of the winner. The winner undertakes not to attempt to hold the Organiser liable for the quality, characteristics or functioning of a product or service awarded as a prize within the framework of the Competition, insofar as the Organiser is not the distributor, producer or manufacturer.
It is hereby agreed that, save in the event of manifest error, the Organising Company may rely on - in particular for evidentiary purposes, in relation to any act, fact or omission - programmes, data, files, recordings, operations and other elements (such as follow-up reports and other statements), whether in a physical, computerised or electronic format, established, received or retained, directly or indirectly, by the Organising Company, particularly within its information systems.
Participants undertake not to challenge the admissibility, validity or evidentiary value of any of the above-mentioned elements, whether in physical, computerised or electronic format, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever which may stipulate that certain documents must be in writing or signed by the parties in order to constitute adequate proof.
Accordingly, the items considered shall be deemed to constitute proof and, if produced as means of proof by the Organising Company in any legal or other proceedings, shall be deemed admissible, valid and binding on the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same evidentiary value as any document drafted, received or retained in writing.
The Organising Company shall not be held liable if, in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, the Competition were to be modified, shortened or cancelled. In all events, the company reserves the right to extend the period of participation and postpone any date announced.
The Organiser shall not incur any responsibility if, in the event of force majeure or any events independent of its will, or of justified necessity, it is obliged to cancel this Competition, shorten it, extend it, postpone it or change the conditions and it shall not be held liable for this fact. In all events, it reserves the right to extend the participation period.
Any modification of the Rules shall give rise to a new document being lodged at the offices of Maître Berna, and shall take effect upon its publication online. All Participants shall be deemed to have accepted any changes simply by taking part in the Competition, from the effective date of the modification. Any Participant refusing the modification(s) made is required to withdraw from the Competition.
The Organising Company reserves the right to take legal action against any person found to have acted fraudulently or attempted to do so. It cannot, however, be held liable in any way in relation to Participants for any fraud which may be committed.
Registering and participating in the Competition using one or more fictitious assumed names or names borrowed from third parties will notably be considered as fraud, each Participant is required to register and participate in the Competition using their own name only. In the event of fraud, the Participant will be disqualified.
The Organising Company reserves the right to exclude any Participant who breaches the rules from participation in the Competition, the participant shall not have recourse to any claims whatsoever.
The competition rules are registered with Maître Berna, Huissier de Justice (Court Bailiff), 6 rue Faidherbe, TOURCOING, France. Dolce reserves the right to verify the accuracy of information provided upon registration before handing over the prize to the winner. Dolce guarantees that the prize will be duly awarded to the winner provided that the delivery information and email address are correct.

Any person contravening one or more articles of the present rules shall lose the right to participate in the Competition as well as to any prizes awarded.
The rules are governed exclusively by French law, in particular any dispute arising from the Competition governed by the present rules or directly or indirectly linked to the competition, without prejudice to any choice of law rules. The rules of legal competence shall apply to any dispute arising between the parties. Any question regarding the application or interpretation of the rules or any unforeseen question that may arise will be decided upon, without appeal, depending on the nature of the question, by the Organising Company or by Maître Berna in accordance with French law. Claims can only be accepted within one week of closure of the prize draw.
Participating in this competition and checking the box to accept the present rules upon registration implies pure and simple acceptance of the present rules. Any disputes relating to the interpretation of the present rules in addition to any cases not dealt with therein shall be settled by a panel consisting of three members appointed by the Organiser. Any request concerning the interpretation of the rules must be submitted in writing. No reply will be issued for any request concerning the interpretation of the present rules reaching the Organiser more than 15 days after the end of the competition. Any difficulties concerning the interpretation of the present rules and any disputes or litigations will be settled as a last resort by the Organiser or by the courts of Paris (France) in accordance with French law, which will be considered as possessing exclusive legal competence.
